Fernando Jiménez has a remarkable experience in the investment banking industry participating in numerous transactions in the Central American region, where he has accumulated more than US$400 million in M&A volume and syndicated loans’ structuring.
Fernando has participated in transactions across different industries, including financial services, retail, automotive and airlines, among others.
As part of his professional career and before joining Capital Financial Advisors, Fernando was a key member of Grupo Banistmo’s Corporate Finance team in Panama, a specialized division that implemented the Group’s M&A expansion strategy throughout Central America and Colombia.
Fernando has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Costa Rica and obtained with distinction his MBA in INCAE Business School.
